| :: What is Trans-MISSION about? :: Trans-MISSION is about somewhere that t*girls1 can go and relax in a friendly and stylish environment. Somewhere that they can go and be proud, happy and comfortable with who and what they are. Somewhere especially for them, but also where their friends can feel equally at home. Somewhere that treats t*girls with respect, dignity and understanding, instead of patronising or marginalising them. Somewhere that girls out on their first night can go and feel safe, comfortable and welcome. Somewhere to go to have a dance if you want to, or a gossip if you don't. Most of all Trans-MISSION is somewhere that is all about the people who attend. It is those of you who visit Trans-MISSION every month, as well as those of you that make the effort and come when you can that really make it what it is. Thank YOU! |
